On July 21, the American Council on Germany held a virtual discussion on the German Parliament ‘s (Bundestag) postponement of a vote that would have decided on the empanelment of three new justices at the country’s powerful Federal Constitutional Court (Bundesverfassungsgericht). The conversation featured Prof. Russell Miller, J.B.
