
The American Council on Germany cordially invites you to a Roundtable Discussion and Luncheon with Bundestag Member Caroline Bosbach (CDU/CSU) and other members of the Parliamentary Advisory Council on Sustainable Development and Future-Related Matters, on “Building the Sustainable Economy of Tomorrow: The Role of Startups, Industry, and Policymakers”.
Caroline Bosbach has been a member of the Bundestag (CDU/CSU parliamentary group) since March 2025, representing the Rheinisch-Bergischer district. She currently serves as the Deputy Chair of the Parliamentary Group for Small and Medium Sized Businesses and is a deputy member of the Committee on Internal Affairs, as well as the Committee on Labor and Social Affairs. Ms. Bosbach is also a member of the Parliamentary Advisory Council on Sustainable Development and Future-Related Matters and the Committee on Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs. Since 2023, she has also worked as regulator manager at Stromkontor Group in the Technology Park in Bensberg, a network operator for electricity, gas, and heating networks.
Ms. Bosbach studied business communication management in Berlin and Rotterdam, NL. After receiving her Masters in 2017 she engaged in strategy consulting at a communications agency and was a lecturer at Cologne Business School in 2018. Afterwards she worked as a political advisor at the local and federal level, including five years at Wiesbaden City Hall, and later as an advisor to Bettina Wiesmann (Member of the German Bundestag) and for the SME Parliamentary Group of the CDU/CSU Bundestag faction. She published her first book Schwarz auf Grün in 2021.
