Indianapolis: Germany as an Immigration Country: Labor Migration and the Refugee Influx

The Indianapolis Warburg Chapter and Butler University will host a discussion with Dr. Cornelia Schu, Managing Director and Director of the Research Unit at the Expert Council of German Foundations on Integration and Migration (SVR).

There is no charge to attend this event. Reservations are not required.

Dr. Cornelia Schu serves as the Expert Council of German Foundations on Integration and Migration’s (SVR’s) Managing Director as well as the Director of its Research Unit. Before joining the SVR, Dr. Schu led Stiftung Mercator’s thematic cluster on integration, where she gained extensive expertise in integration policy. She also worked as Personal Assistant to the Secretary General and the Chairman of the German Council of Science and Humanities. Dr. Schu holds a Ph.D. in German Studies from the University of Bonn.
