Stanford S. Warshawsky is Chairman of Bismarck Capital, LLC. Previously, he was a Director for 26 years
and Co-President for almost 10 years of Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Holdings. Before that, he was with
the law firm of Shearman & Sterling. Mr. Warshawsky was a member of the New York Stock Exchange’s
Nominating Committee, of which he also was a former Chairman and a member of the Big Board’s New
York Area Firm Advisory Committee. He is a Director of the German-American Chamber of Commerce,
Vice Chairman of the Arthur F. Burns Fellowship, and a Fellow at the Foreign Policy Association. He
previously served on the Board of the American Council on Germany from 2016 to 2024.
Mr. Warshawsky is a Director of Banyan Biomarkers, Inc., and HYDAC Corporation and HYDAC Technology
Corporation. He is also a member of the Bar Associations of both New York State and Virginia State. He
holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a JD from the University
of Virginia School of Law.
